Taking place at track venues, selected groups of females aged 13 to 18 years will take part in workshop sessions with high profile Women in Motorsport role models whose experience to set goals, taste victory and overcome defeat remain second to none.

Questions will be answered on the most challenging of life tasks: how to navigate step-by-step process of achieving a goal from mind to reality in an industry which remains highly competitive, notoriously gender orientated, markedly difficult to prove worth – where results are all important to maintain position both on and off the track.

The world’s best Women in Motorsport role models have been there, done that, and some. These females have broken barriers to race, worked in varying roles in Motorsport, and set precedent that women can compete on level playing fields given opportunities to do so.

For certain, these women have fought and trained harder than most, battled against the odds to gain valuable funding to race, and strengthened their resolve to pivot when changing circumstances altered decisions and plans to sustain forward trajectory of their respective Motorsport careers.

So, how do younger generation of females learn skills to carve their own career pathways knowing how hard it will be? How do girls, dreaming of becoming a Champion make it a reality when they live so far away from the action, and family funds are needed to live from day-to-day? And, how do young, bright, determined females deal with topics of who to trust, who has their back, and who gains from their hard work at present and in the future?

For these Women Motorsport role models have experienced the lot. The hard knocks of winning to post loss as next result. The negotiated contract ready to sign, to realizing a better deal could have been made elsewhere. The all consuming task of planning financial budget to race, or gaining necessary qualifications for job role, only to find figures fall short of making goals a reality.

All of which poses big question: how have these Women Motorsport role models coped with such complexities on making decisions which affect their future careers? Has it been trial and error and learning along the way, or has it been developing acute sense of self-belief that their personal character and gut instinct will kick in when needed, to either steer each to victory or stave off defeat?

For certain, these women have acquired skills which aid making best possible decisions on which plans will work, and which strategies will provide benefit in never-ending goal of moving up the career ladder in whichever domain. For all listening, such wisdom remains gold in terms of developing their own plans on how to realize objectives, adapted to suit purpose of achieving desired results at present and in the future.
