Stefan Everts Team Suzuki World MXGP celebrated victory with MXGP Kevin Stribos win, MX2 Jeremy Seewer 2nd Overall and EMX250 Bas Vaessen win at MXGP Round 14 at Lommel last weekend.
Arguably, an unsurpassed victory in World Motocross Championship history, Everts ranked up further credence to his illustrious career with the 2 Round wins and 2nd Overall podium in his maiden year as Team Suzuki World MXGP Manager.
In what could be described as a gradual ascent from retirement in 2006, Everts has cemented his position as coach/mentor/trainer/Race Director and now Team Manager elevating rider’s skills, commitment and determination to achieve success at World Motocross Championships.
Transition aside from winning his first GP Title in 1991 to the 10th GP Title 15 years later, Everts upholds a special ability to: know how to improve a rider’s performance, knows how to work on a rider’s weaknesses and knows how to enhance their strengths. These qualities are evident in the progressive results the team has produced this season.
With a long list of rider’s who have been under Everts guidance over the years- from Tyla Rattray, Rui Goncalves, Marvin Musquin, Ken Roczen, Jordi Tixier, Jeffrey Herlings, to the EMX riders Jorge Prado, Josiah Natzke, and Team Suzuki World MXGP riders in 2016, there is no doubt Stefan emits a leash of untapped potential to transform the face of future up-coming talent racing dirt.
